    Judy and her team are rock star realtors. Her experience in selling homes for a seller was very obvious. In our first meeting she was very clear, direct and practical. That was our experience through the entire process. ANY hurdle that came up Judy and her team responded immediately to keep the process moving. In the end we received more than asking price and felt like her number one priority the entire time. It was easy to see why she has such high numbers as a realtor representing sellers. Her knowledge of the Waunakee/Madison/Wisconsin area and her relationship with fellow area realtors helps to increase the exposure to sell your home. She carefully listens to the needs of the seller and goes beyond to ensure the successful sale of your home. As an example, we had a handicap ramp in front of our home, used for my husband to enter and exit our home. When we moved out of the area, leaving the home vacant, she carefully removed the ramp, to improve the image of the home. She stored the ramp in the garage, which worked out well, as the future owners will be using the ramp. She also looked over the home, while it was vacant to ensure that there was proper air flow and to ensure that the home remained in good working order. She also helped successfully negotiate the sale with the buyer. I highly recommend Judy Acker Maly and her team for the sale of your home.
